Even if there are 12 of you, you'll all sleep comfortably (not on some back breaking fold-out couch) and you can all eat together on our custom-designed dining room table for 12...

...or crack open some lobsters and clams on the back deck where we also have a large Weber gas grill and generous seating for 12.














The house has 5 bedrooms: One bedroom - with a Queen bed - is on the first floor, right next to the downstairs full bathroom. This is the room for the guest who dislikes stairs and wants to watch their own TV. (Ignore that snow outside - It'll be beautiful when you visit!)












Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms and another full bath. There are two bedrooms with King-size beds. The first (shown here) is smaller, with the best summer breeze in the house. (New in 2023: All 5 bedrooms now have A/C!)












The master bedroom has a King bed and the room is positively huge! If you've got a portable crib or a ton of luggage, this is the room for you. (It has a TV too.)














The next bedroom features 2 full-size beds.
















The final bedroom has four bunk beds. It's a Kid Paradise! 

Our fully-stocked kitchen gives you the option to stay in and cook instead of having to always spend money eating out. (Make sure that Mom gets a couple of nights out in one of the many great restaurants in Old Orchard; she deserves a vacation too.)

The fully screened front porch offers a quiet and comfortable place to read, have cocktails or just hang out.

































Speaking of the beach, it's less than a 5-minute walk to 7 miles of fantastic sun and surf. We provide Boogie boards (5+ in the garage),  beach chairs and a big beach blanket. If you've got kids, or just don't want to carry your stuff, we have strollers to make the walk to the beach enjoyable, instead of a chore. When you come back, wash off the beach sand in our huge outdoor shower (with hot & cold water - see video below.)

The house is very "family friendly". We have 2 high chairs, a booster seat, tricycles, several kid bikes and a couple of adult bikes. We also have a selection of movies, games, books.  (Items subject to availability.)

Our 90-foot driveway and location at the end of a dead end street, make for a great place for kids to play and bike.

Finally, if you are lucky enough to join us in mid-July, you can feast on the delicious black raspberries from the bushes that line our large, private back yard. They're fantastic on vanilla ice cream. Yummmm!
